Hans W. Müller passed away at the age of 89. The Rhodesian Ridgeback Club Switzerland commemorates his venerable person and services to the Rhodesian Ridgeback in Switzerland. The Executive Committee expresses its sympathy to the bereaved families.

Hans W. Müller dedicated his life to cynology and was, among other things, the founding father of the RRCS in 1980, which he also president until 1989.
It is thanks to his efforts at the FCI that the Rhodesian Ridgeback is included as a hunting dog in group 6 of the FCI nomenclature and not assigned to the Molossians in FCI group 2.
He promoted cooperation and exchange of ideas with Rhodesian Ridgeback clubs of Germany and Austria through annual meetings of their board members.
As a specialist judge for the Rhodesian Ridgeback, he was committed to promoting the education and training of show judges to become specialist judges for the Rhodesian Ridgeback breed.
In his kennel "Kianga" 4 litters of Rhodesian Ridgebacks were raised.
Hans W. Müller devoted his entire life tirelessly to cynology and leaves behind a great legacy.
Dear Hans, cynology owes you a great deal and we will miss you.
