Dear members and friends of the Rhodesian Ridgeback
Due to the special circumstances and the measures ordered by the Federal Council to combat the corona virus, both the breeding approval of 5.4.2020 and the further education of 18.4.2020 will not take place. The measures will initially apply until 19 April 2020.
The RRCS is celebrating its 40th anniversary this year and, as presented at the General Assembly, the Executive Board would like to crown this anniversary year with various events. Above all, our two-day club show should be a special occasion. As many shows are currently being postponed, the board assumes that a part of it will be made up for in the second half of the year and that the Ridgeback owners will probably take part in it as a priority because they have already paid their entry fee.
The General Assembly has expressed its confidence in the Board and approved the budget. Nevertheless, the board does not want to spend the money recklessly. It is therefore with a heavy heart that we have decided to postpone our anniversary exhibition until 2021. The postponement can currently be arranged without cost implications.
The 2020 Jubilee Club Show will be held - as in the past two years - within the Dog Show Project. An alternative date will be announced as soon as possible.

En raison des circonstances particulières et des mesures ordonnées par le Conseil fédéral pour lutter contre le virus corona, l’approbation d’élevage du 5.4.2020 et la formation continue du 18.4.2020 ne peuvent pas être effectuées. Les mesures seront initialement applicables jusqu'au 19 avril 2020.
Le RRCS célèbre cette année son 40e anniversaire et, comme présenté lors de l'Assemblée générale, le conseil d'administration souhaite couronner cette année anniversaire par divers événements. Par-dessus tout, le «Club Show» de deux jours devrait être un événement spéciale. Comme de nombreux spectacles sont actuellement reportés, le conseil d'administration suppose qu'une partie sera rattrapée au cours du second semestre et que les propriétaires de Ridgeback y participeront probablement en priorité car ils ont déjà payé leur frais de participation.
L'Assemblée générale a exprimé sa confiance dans le conseil d'administration et a approuvé le budget. Néanmoins, le conseil ne veut pas dépenser à la légère l'argent dont on parle. C'est donc avec le cœur lourd que nous avons décidé de reporter notre exposition anniversaire jusqu'en 2021. Le report peut actuellement être organisé sans conséquences financières.
L'exposition du Club du Jubilé 2020 se tiendra - comme les deux années précédentes - dans le cadre du projet d'exposition canine. Une autre date sera annoncée dès que possible.
